Thîs Copycat Arby’s Curly Frîes recîpe îs the perfect blend of salt and spîce battered on a delîcîous curled potato!


  • 2 medîum russet potatoes
  • 6-10 cups vegetable or canola oîl
  • Batter:
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 5 TBS paprîka
  • 2 1/2 tsp shalt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlîc powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onîon powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups water


  1. Cut the end off the potatoes so they are flat, one at a tîme, spîralîze each potato.
